Our new line of puzzling solo gamebooks is the perfect addition to your game shelf. You can play alone or with friends, and spend hours diving into the different worlds and adventures in the three books.

What pledge manager are you using?

We’re using Backerkit for pledge management. You’ll be asked to complete your purchase through their site after the campaign closes, when we’re close to shipping.

How do I change my shipping address?

  1. Log into your Kickstarter account
  2. Navigate to your Profile page (upper right-hand corner)
  3. Select Backed Projects under My Stuff
  4. Click Atlas Games
  5. From your user menu select Survey and click Edit Address

Will I have to pay additional taxes or fees when my physical rewards are delivered?

It depends on your destination country. We know that there won’t be additional taxes or fees to US and Canadian addresses. If you live elsewhere, there may be taxes and/or duties assessed at your border. Every country has different regulations, exemptions, tax rates, and consistency in enforcing or interpreting regulations. We simply can’t forecast all the possible scenarios and their costs. Please be aware of your local taxes and regulations. We cannot refund pledges for rewards returned because the recipient did not pay tax/fees due on delivery.

I’m a retailer. How do I complete my order? What are your retail terms?

After the end of the campaign, we’ll contact you to customize your pledge. If you’d like to do it sooner, please contact [email protected] and we’ll be happy to get you everything you need at your regular 50% retailer discount. More details and terms are at atlas-games.com/retailer

How will digital rewards be distributed to backers?

We’ll fulfill digital freebies immediately with a link in “Backer Update #1.” Go look for it now!

Digital copies of the books will be distributed soon after they go to press, we hope within a month of the end of this campaign.

Why don’t I see add-ons when I back the campaign?

Retailers won’t get the option to order add-ons through Kickstarter. Please contact [email protected] and we’ll get you set up with all the products you need at your discounted price!

Backers of digital-only levels will only be able to add-on digital items.

If those don’t apply to you, it could also be that we haven’t calculated shipping charges for your country. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll add it to the campaign.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
